The Best Hostel in Cluj Napoca, Romania

My first taste of Romania was Cluj Napoca, and during my stay in this happening city I got to stay at one of the coolest hostels I have been in -The Spot Cosy Hostel.  As soon as I arrived at this hostel I knew this was going to be the most chilled hostel I have ever stayed in. This is definitely the best hostel in Cluj Napoca.

The Room

The décor in this hostel was a highlight.  The owners have handmade all the decor and I think that is amazing!  It gave it a homely feel.  They have done a great job with it!  I stayed in a 4-bed dorm room which was clean, comfortable and of course, cosy.  My bed was super comfortable too.

The Facilities

The Spot Cosy hostel had fantastic facilities including a fully functional kitchen and lounge complete with Xbox along with the perfect chilling spots with beanbags.  The hostel also allows pets so feel free to bring your best feline friend along too! As I stayed in the winter I didn’t get to enjoy the backyard but during the summer months, this is a popular hangout along with the hammocks for ultimate relaxation!

The Location

The hostel is only a 15-minute walk from the centre of Cluj and a halfway point between the train station and the centre.  It’s in a great residential location with a shop only 50 meters away.  The house itself was completely renovated a few years ago by the lovely owners and you can tell that they really put the effort into making this hostel special.

I had an amazing chilled out time in the spot cosy hostel and would recommend it to all of you who visit Cluj, Romania.  My guide to Cluj is coming soon!

This stay was sponsored, however, as always, all opinions are my own and I would never recommend something unless I really love it!
