Vienna House Andels: Luxury in Krakow
Krakow, one of the most charming places in eastern Europe by far. I was fortunate enough to stay in one of the best hotels in the city – Vienna House Andels Krakow. On my arrival at the hotel, I was very impressed by the friendly staff, my luxury room and the view I had!
My room was very comfortable and felt luxurious. It included a desk, tv, mini bar, luxury bathroom and big double bed. I also had the most amazing view of the ice skating rink. After spending one night, it made it hard to want to leave the room to go exploring in the cold!
The hotels include a buffet breakfast which I have to say, was one of the most impressive buffet breakfasts I have ever had! From pastries to eggs, bacon, fruit and fresh juice, leaving the breakfast every morning was a struggle. One of my favourite parts of the breakfast was the coffee machine with takeaway cups so you can take your expresso with you! There is also a fitness centre, spa and 5 conference rooms. There’s a bar on site which is cosy and a great place for a snack and drink! There’s also a restaurant on site too.
One of the things I loved about this hotel was that they have even thought of the environment. In the room, you get given a little bag which you can choose to hang up at your door before 10 pm. This means you do not want anyone to clean your room and in return for the energy you have saved by doing that, you get a little treat in return the next day in your bag! I got given a muesli bar one day and another I got a voucher for a hot chocolate at the bar. I thought this was a lovely touch, I have never seen someone do this before. What a great idea!
Andels was in a great location. Located just outside of the gates of the old town and only a 5-minute walk to the train and bus station. There is also a mall right beside the hotel and some great restaurants nearby too. It was in a great central location for anyone visiting Krakow.
If you are looking for modern accommodation in Krakow, then I can highly recommend this hotel.
This stay was sponsored, however, as always, all opinions are my own and I would never recommend something I didn’t absolutely love!
